Tuesday, Sept 23

 Ag Mech move in, done by 6:00 PM

 6::00 PM Ag Mech check in 

 5:00 PM- livestock move in start

Wednesday, Sept 24

 Cattle, Sheep, Goat, Hog move in continues- must be on grounds by 7:30 AM

 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM Ag Ed Day- elementary schools

 8:00 AM check in all animals, except chicken and rabbits

 4:00 PM Weigh in everything that shows by weight 

 6:00 PM Scholarship recipients announced/ribbon cutting for fair

 7:00 PM Bottle calf, peewee lamb/goat

Thursday, Sept 25

 7:00 AM  Rabbit check in and sift

 8:00 AM  Rabbit Show

 9:00 AM AG Mechanics show- we will make sure any student with a breeding entry has ample time to show all their project

 11:00 AM Commercial Does

 1:00 PM Gilts

 3:00 PM Heifers

 5:00 PM Ewes 

 7:00 PM Announce Ag Mech WInners

Friday, Sept 26

 7:00 AM Chicken check in and sift

 8:00 AM Chicken Show

 9:00 AM Market Hogs (or immediately, if running late, after chicken show)

 1:00 PM Market Goats (will not start before 1PM)

 3:00 PM Market Lambs 

 5:00 PM Market Steers

 7:00 PM Public Speaking Finals in the ring (Top 3 in each age, Start with Junior)

Saturday, Sept 27

 9:00 AM Livestock Judging Contest- Open to the World 

 1:00 PM Supreme Senior Showmanship- show order- hog, cattle, sheep, goat, rabbit, chicken

 4:30 PM- Sale Ring setup 

 5:00 PM Recognition of ALL banner winners, announce Supreme Showmanship and Public Speaking, Scholarship recipients

 5:00 PM Sale starts immediately after the winner recognition is over

 8:00 PM begin move out of animals/ load out for processors Move out all animals- Nothing leaves before Saturday 8:00 PM.  All Out  by midnight.

Break down panels after load out.  Every student is expected to help.  All market exhibitors , who sell, are expected to load their animals.
