Tuesday, October 6th
     
     Floral Design - Titus County Extension Office

Thursday, October 8th

     Broiler (22) and Rabbit (22) Show 
          Check in 
- 6:00 - 6:30 p.m. 
          Show -  7:00 p.m.     
                 Pictures will be taken for those making the sale.  Animals to be taken home after pictures.

Friday, October 9th

     Goats (34) and Lambs (26) Show
          Check in  - 6:00 - 6:30 p.m. 
          Show - 7:00 p.m. 
                Pictures will be taken for those making the sale.  Animals to be taken home after pictures. 

Saturday, October 10th

     Hogs (62) 
          Check in 7:00 - 8:00 a.m. 
               Check in and show weight will be taken when you arrive to check in
               Must weigh 225-290 with a 10 lb tolerance.   No weigh backs
          Show - 8:30 a.m. 
               Pictures will be taken for those making the sale.  Hogs making the sale are to remain at the                   livestock building for the sale.  All hogs NOT making sale are dismissed after the show.

     Steers (6) 
          Check in 7:00 - 8:00 a.m. 
          Show - 30 min after hog show completed    
                 Pictures will be taken for those making the sale.  Steers making the sale are to remain at                       the livestock building for the sale.   Steers NOT making sale are dismissed after the show. 

     Ag Mechanics
          In Place by 10:00 a.m.
          Show - 10:30 a.m. 
 

Auction
       Starts - 2:00 p.m. 
          * The only animals to be on the premises for the Auction are the Hogs and Steers.   No other animals will be brought back for sale. 
          * Poultry, Rabbit, Goat and Lamb Exhibitors will walk through the auction without their animals. 
          * It is highly recommended to solicit buyers and add on contributors. 
                   Add on forms will be available on the Titus County Fair Website, www.tituscountyfair.com                     and Clemens Insurance.  

           * Add on forms do not have to be handed in at the auction   
           * Add on forms can be: 
                    - emailed to tituscofair@yahoo.com
                    - mailed to Titus County Fair Association, P.O.Box 1232,  Mt. Pleasant, TX  75456-1232
                    - dropped off at Clemens Insurance, 102 W Alabama, Mt. Pleasant
            * DEADLINE for Add on forms - Saturday, October 24th

                    

 

COVID GUIDELINES that will be in place on grounds during show and sale

*  The grounds will be limited to students, immediate family, instructors, TCFA staff and judges. 

*  The exhibitors and parents that are showing each night and Saturday morning, need to attend at the time of their show ONLY and for the sale Saturday. 

*  Masks are required while attending the livestock show. 

*  Everyone who comes to show or sale, must sign a Covid-19 waiver and will be issued a wristband. 
         - Anyone without an armband will be asked to leave
         - There will be a different arm band each night and for the sale on        Saturday.  
          - Exhibitors will turn in the Covid Waiver form to their Ag Teacher or County Agent in advance of the show. 
          - Armbands will be distributed to the Ag Teachers and County Agent based on the Covid forms that are turned in to them
          -  Members of the same household may all sign one form.  
          -  Adults and youth must have a signed form
          - Youth will not participate without a signed release by the parent/guardian

*  Livestock will be shown off the trailer (except hogs) to limit the number of people in the barn. 
          -  Hogs are encouraged to show off the trailer, if possible
          -  Bring your own shavings
          -  No hay for bedding to be used inside the barn or outside

*  Restrooms will be open

*  Hand santizer stations will be setup in multiple locations in barn

*  Please social distance
          - bleachers will not be setup in the livestock pavilion for the shows
          -  bring your own chair and social distance during the show

*  The livestock shows and sale will be available on FB live
